TUESDAY. I’m definitely not picky with healthy food, I love it. But this porridge is awful. Flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, buckwheat and raisins, cinnamon and apple to hide the taste. It looks alright, but really it’s horrendeous. But a healthy way to start your day I hope!
WEDNESDAY. Dinner: baked sweet potato, brussel sprouts, polenta, red cabbage and apple salad in mayonnaise and horseradish.
My usual sandwich spread is made of black beans and looks like grey goo. I tried making it out of lentils and suddenly I had a tasty looking yellow goo! (even though I still like my grey goo slightly better).
SUNDAY. Dinner: baked sweet potato and fresh red beet served with one of my favourite spices: butter. :D
SUNDAY. Baked potato from my parents garden patch, mashed black beans w/ chili, garlic and cumin and zucchini, sweet peppar and tomato salad.
